"Discovered via" should include releases added from any update

There's a hole in the current implementation: if you navigate from: user's activity -> release -> add to list, then the "Discovered via" is not populated in that case.
midbar Can you tell if that's the path you've followed for those list items where you expect a "discovered via" but there's none?

cratedigger: The last 3 that don't have the discovered via I found on Updates feeds:
- Mirage - Molly Lewis - Friends Updates Feed
- CINEMA The Marias - Friends Updates Feed
- Kah-Lo - The Arrival - I think I found this from Friends updates? Or I went to jamiii's profile and found it under "Updates"
There are more further back that I don't quite remember how I found, but I usually don't add to the list from the release page at all, mostly from "digged" or "want to listen" updates from other people. I think a couple were on the Community Updates feed as well.

midbar: In that case, they must've been added before the feature went live (i.e. before there was a "discovered by" concept). Can you confirm that these items you've added _before_ 28 Aug?

cratedigger: I thought it might be that at first, but I tested it when it first came out, and those 3 examples were added more recently.
